Profiles and Accounts

How do I get login details?

Each country has a nominated L & D Champion who is responsible for creating Portal accounts. Please contact them directly for assistance.

Typically you will be sent your Username & Password within 2 working days.

If you do not know who your L & D Champion is, email: learning@had-int.org

Are the portal login details and my IR computer login details the same?

No. The usual form for your username will be your personal Islamic Relief email address.

The password will follow directly into your inbox.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Click the Reset Password button on the right. An email will be sent to you with a new password.

How can I change my password?

After logging in, click on the User Profile button on the top right (the image of a person).This will give you options to change your personal settings including your password.

Courses

How do I enrol on a Learning course?

Once you are logged in, click on the Learning Center tab, you will then see a link to browse or search course. Click on the course you would like to register. It will show an Enrol button that you can use to register for the course.

How long do the courses take?

Timings vary from course to course. When you click on a course, details will be shown on the enrolment page. Classroom based courses require you to be present and range from half day to full day sessions, whereas on line/ virtual sessions allow more flexibility.
